ZMR, Inc., founded in 2005 by Lisa and Jack Zavorski,  is a Union, Commercial Masonry Restoration Company providing premiere masonry repairs, historic restoration, brick and stone pointing, structural concrete repair, caulking, waterproofing and exterior building cleaning.

We hold WBE, DBE and SBE certifications with the City of Philadelphia Office of Economic Opportunity, The State of Pennsylvania Dept. of General Services and Federal Government’s Unified Certification Program. We are also prequalified to do work with SEPTA, PENNDOT, The School District of Philadelphia and on the campuses of University of Pennsylvania, Temple University and Pennsylvania State University.

We pride ourselves on our team’s more than 35 years of superior talent, exemplary reputation for honesty and our collaboration toward one common goal of client service excellence. 

With the December 10th, 2009 passage by City Council of the Philadelphia Façade Ordinance, a new chapter in mandated property maintenance took effect in the city. The façade improvements we create evoke pride, increase market value and reduce owner liability while providing the most effective solutions to our clients.

Lisa Zavorski, President 
Lisa Zavorski is President of Zavorski Masonry Restoration, Inc. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Pennsylvania State University with a career primarily focused on privately held businesses prior to becoming the co-founder of ZMR, Inc. with her partner, Jack Zavorski in 2005.  Lisa is also a recent graduate of the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses Program.

Jack Zavorski, Vice President 
Before cofounding ZMR, Inc. with Lisa Zavorski in 2005, Jack held the position of estimator and project manager with two of Philadelphia’s high profile Restoration firms. He has also held the position of Vice President and a seat on the Board of Directors for the Delaware Valley Chapter of the International Concrete Repair Institute (ICRI). Jack’s extensive and varied experience, dedication and integrity to clients and this industry over his 35 year career, allows his reputation to speak for itself.
